This was our second stay at the Florida Plaza, excellent location right in the heart of everything, special word of thanks to manager Louis Carlos who was exceptionally helpful and efficient, also to all of his staff from the ladies looking after our room everyday to the receptionists, we will definitely return to the Florida Plaza. Thank you.

Receptionist was so nice, she was really helpful! Facilities are brilliant value for money and as mentioned in other reviews, book the room with a terrace. Highly recommend. No faults. There's a kitchen! And the shower is good. Perfect place for a getaway

Great location close to the old town and beaches with lots of bars,and restaurants nearby. Clean, basic, rather dated rooms but good value. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool and terrace on the top floor. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff. The room, although old, was spacious and useful with the kitchen. We had a room with a balcony facing the square, so daylight and fresh air came in, and it wasn't noisy at night. Very well located.

Lovely old fashioned building (bordering tatty but still charming, spacious, well positioned and very good value for money). Staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was also in a quiet part. I would stay there again.
